Refund Policy
Cancellation
• You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. The refund will be processed to your original payment method, and it may take 3-5 business days.
Returns
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items:
• Customized products not related to quality issues.

• Any items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our fault or shipping damage.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

• Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
• We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged or defective product, you can contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product to report the issue.
